… according t0 Bachelorette host Chris Harrison’s blog… (and who would know better than he)… the season did, indeed, begin airing before filming finished… BUT it has now all been done, said, and decided… and i CAN NOT WAIT to find out what happens…

…growing up… i really only remember having cheddar mac and cheese… and don’t get me wrong… i LOVED it… craved it… and asked for it on frequent occasions…
…but now that i am older… my pallet seems to have expanded… and often times while out for eats i order what i excuse to be an “adult” version of mac and cheese… because it is clearly more sophisticated with multiple cheeses or things like bacon and truffle baked in…
…tonight i plan to make mac and cheese for a pot luck with friends… and though i have a recipe in mind… i’m wondering… stick with cheddar… or mix it up… whatta ya think…
…p.s. … i’ll obviously add the mac n cheese recipe tomorrow…
